Cast heater

Heating elements specially recommended when a uniform heating is necessary. This type of resistance has the advantage of accumulate calories and provides even heating.

These parts are very robust and are recommended when conditions of utilisation are rustic (dust, grease, vibration, shock, frequent disassembly ...).

Characteristic :

Elements soaked in aluminum (400 ° C max) or a bronze alloy (600 ° C max). The more traditional forms are disks, rings, 1 / 2 necklaces, plates, etc..

Possibilities :

Cuts, nicks, smooth or threaded holes, fixing accessories.
Connections by screw terminals, terminals, connectors.

Possibility of cooling by circuit or finned in surface for cooling by natural convection or forced air.
